Wednesdays here in RQQ are going to be dedicated to Why Not's?
This week: Why not finish a UFO today? A UFO is an unfinished object. I have quite a few UFOs on my list to finish, one is a table runner I free-motioned quilted back before Christmas that I need to finish the binding on. I may start that tonight and try to get it off my list.

My biggest problem is USO's (unstarted objects)! I do need to finish my green strip quilt, though. Someone give me a push?

ReplyDeleteThe quilt in my pic, Grand Champion winner from our contest last fall, was a QIAD that took 3 years, lol. Talk about UFO, I thought i had made a mistake making the squares, but it was in my counting. When I finally got around to finishing it, it was so much better than I imagined, and then won!! I need to finish more, maybe win some more too. Maybe we should plan a sewing weekend retreat for ufo's! Who wants in??
ReplyDeleteI have a rag quilt all cut and sammy'ed that was suppose to be one of my son's Christmas gifts. Now that is definitely a must finish! He is constantly reminding me of it. And that I procrastinated so long...my 4 year old daughter went fabric shopping last week for mommy to make her one also. That's what I get for leaving it a UFO!!!....LOL
